By accessing or using Drawize Academy (the "Service"), operated by Lomboos d.o.o., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to the Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts and Facebook Login

To use certain features, you must create an account. You may sign in using an email/password or Facebook Login. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. User Conduct

• Do not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not upload, post, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Do not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

You retain ownership of the content you create and submit (e.g., drawings). By submitting content, you grant Drawize Academy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute the content solely for providing and improving the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Drawize Academy and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.

6. Payments and Refunds

If we offer paid plans or purchases, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Bright Market, LLC d/b/a FastSpring ("FastSpring"), our authorized payment processor.

FastSpring is the Merchant of Record for all purchases made through Drawize Academy. By making a purchase, you also agree to FastSpring's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Refund Policy:

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected]. Refunds are processed through FastSpring and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms. You may also stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, certain provisions shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
